Nexum Telecom (Pty) Ltd is a private body. This page is the summary we publish on the site. A fuller manual will sit with the information officer (support@nexumtelecom.co.za) and will be filed in the form the Regulator requires as the practice grows.

Records we hold: company records, tax invoices, customer contracts, service tickets, coverage notes, and supplier invoices. Some are available without a PAIA request (your own invoice, your own ticket). Others need Form 2 under PAIA, sent to the information officer, with the prescribed fee if a fee applies.

We may refuse a request on the grounds in PAIA — including another person’s personal information, legally privileged material, and confidential supplier pricing. You may complain to the Information Regulator.
